I’m officially done with Samsung, yet again.

My last Samsung device was the Galaxy S3, and the software update experience was a nightmare. After that, I switched to iPhone and later to Pixel, both of which were fantastic in most areas.

Recently, I decided to give Samsung another chance with the Galaxy S24 Ultra and gw6c, impressed by their improved update track record for flagship models in recent years. But here I am, deeply disappointed once more.

Now, I’ve listed my Galaxy S24 Ultra and Watch 6 Classic for sale and am planning to switch to the iPhone 16 Pro and Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Bye bye Samsung you won't be missed.

Another problem with Samsung devices. Resale value is pathetic. I bought the device for 1800 and am not able to sell for 1300 for a 3 month old device.

I almost left Samsung a few years back, but gave them a chance when I got my S23+. Their software updates improved for a while, but now it's a joke. The ongoing delay with One UI 7 being one issue, but another is that as of today, 26 November, I still don't even have the November security update. I have a company-provided iPhone SE that's received more updates lately than my flagship.

Frankly, l estimate most users tend to follow the similar app usage habits no matter what phones they are using. The problem regarding software upgrade is not limited to samsung user.

I went to six *** including targets, bestbuy, and verizon stores today to find a god-damned OEM charger and literally none of them carry them. Not out of stock- Unavailable, unstocked. *** you. I replaced my *** S22 Ultra with a OnePlus and I'm replacing this *** watch with a Garmin tonight. *** you Samsung, eat ***, you're a horrible company that makes horrible products.
