 • I feel like they need to stop region restricting this and make everything on device this has nothing to do with law and regulations its just removing language barrier issue and is actually a very pratical feature especially for business man or politicians because instead of needing an interpreter you could have direct convo so their really isn't any breaking law, with recording call I understand disclaimer is important because it could be used against people or cyber crime but this is just translating not breaking laws and regulation The Need for Wider Gemini Nano Availability • also when will google enable gemini nano for non google phone, like s24, s25 series, z 6, 7 series, xiomoi 14T, motro razer flip which support gemini nano because its about time to take advantage of the processor and these processors are advertised and capable to do advanced AI in fact samsung can do on device AI alot better and faster because it has more tokens and more power to handle on device AI and Galaxy AI is very basic, being able to do project astra live convo and speaking with chatbot is the real AI and these devices especially Samsung phones are more than powerful enough to do it on device combining it with satellite and now gemini being able to speak to google map and connect with sos makes it more useful The Importance of Practical AI Features 

• If you really want to compete with apple they gotta do something like this, its capable but yet to exist and I hate when companies don't release it and tease it as capable and enabled. 

• Sure Galaxy AI is better than apple but it really isn't pratical enough like Google's gemini nano, if they charged a small fee in the future for that that is what some people might be willing to pay for but its mostly just rewriting text and email not something people use as much or summarizing article but its only limited to Samsung internet rather they should built that feature into control panel where it can detect and summarize any article from any browser, this is how Samsung and Google can compete with Apple because if it has t On-Device AI Benefits 

• The capability for on device AI which could connect to google map without the need of password no one can call that a gimmick because instances like underground, or your lost in the place with no signal at all yes you can use sos via satelite but its limited to carriers and region and having google map collaborate with gemini nano which is everything on device help you get back is a very important and practical and the ability to live translate yes it may be gimmicky and unaccurate but over time even apple users won't be able to call it gimmicky. 

A Call for Software Focus Hardware Limitations and the Need for Software Advancement 

• Therefore please expand AI capability to more than rewrite and summarize and make it more useful, because I understand that its hard to innovate these days from a hardware prospective, and whats the use of 4-5㎓ power when you can't even take advantage of the power than a smartphone from 10 years ago could handle, even the most heaviest task on the phone utilizes 1.8㎓ which is what the iPhone 6s A9 chipset had, don't quote be RAM and core and everything else but from a CPU prospective even 10 year old smartphones are capable so its useless to make year over year hardware upgrade, if the companies stick to 1 processor 3-4 years and make software innovation I'd say thats the correct approach and better area to invest money because what good is this 4-5㎓ hardware upgrade when 4 year old flagship can handle every modern feature Planned Obsolescence and the Diminishing Returns of Annual Upgrades

 • like if you take the s21 ultra for example yes it doesn't have 7 os policy and an efficient processor which could be done by fine tuning and tweaking it to efficiency or larger vapor chanburg without upgrading its specs there really isn't anything the s25 ultra has that the s21 ultra is not capable of handling this is all planned obsolescence, your 5 year phone could handle everything todays technology could handle because we have reached the point where phones from decade has capable hardware for modern advancement and even with 7 years support we see companies gate keeping feature like there is no way that s24 s23 s22 or even s21 series have any NPU limitation for now brief its such a basic feature than even older phones like note 10 series can handle and purpose taking stuff away so they could tease a release year later and say oh s26 ultra fixed this issue the s25 ultra has, in fact we are getting to the point where their is no point of releasing phones annually or even bi annually, like from the s7 to s21 ultra huge upgrade, from s21 ultra to the s25 ultra 95% population don't need to upgrade because other than galaxy AI and latest software support which hasn't really changed much and you still get gemini which covers most of Galaxy AI features and I'm sure even in 2031 the s21 ultra will be more than enough for most users

But regrarding live translate which is a pixel 10 gemini feature and I know Samsung will eventually get those features their is really not anything law related its just translate what your saying and removing language barrier in your voice to make convo more natural, hopefully now brief arrives on the s24 series and Samsung shouldn't gatekeep any software feature for s24 and s25 series in upcoming one ui 8.5 when s26 series release because its meant to get 7 years of support and what good is a phone for 7 years even it can't get all the software feature for atleast 3-4 years year 5 or above they could start gatekeepers 30% of feature and final year of its lifespan half feature, it just doesn't make sense s24 series doesn't get now brief because we know their is no npu limitation and its been tested using s23 series I want to see s24 series get all the software feature until 2029 or 2030 or atleast 85-90% software feature by 2029-2030 and atleast until 2028 get 95-100% galaxy AI until 2027 atleast 100% software features
