Just received my Galaxy home mini (testing unit)

This unit was announced on August 2018 and was expected to be released in 2020.

This Bixby assistant speaker was being tested but never reached store level. 

The Galaxy Home Mini does have one interesting feature that smart speakers generally don't. It actually has four infrared remote transmitters and receivers to cover all IR ranges. So, if you have some contacts in USA, is this possible to buy a S21Ultra on Samsung,com/us and ship it to Paris, France ? A friend of mine ask me that 2 days ago

You can with forwarding services. You ship your purchase on Samsung US to the forwarder's warehouse, you then pay them for shipping and they get you what you ordered. Shipping can be a bit expensive though
