FedEx showing as they delivered, but trade-in status still says in- transit. Any ideas?

ASSurant has a ton of trade-ins to go through, give it some time and you'll get an update email!

FedEx says mine delivered several days ago, but trade-in status still shows awaiting shipment.

Mine was delivered August 28 th, assessment date September 12 still no update?
