I mean the device I'm giving in worth 0 just the bonus credit so maybe that's why. Not sure.

That could possibly be the reason why. I gave an old phone in trade couple of yrs ago worth 0 and never sent it in.

I have been checking spam and nothing yet. I chat with Customer Support and they said they'll check for me, but nothing yet. How can I escalate this?
