Finally received my trade in email and after I clicked on the link for next steps and it sayd the shipping label is No Longer Available??? Plus they say the colour is "blue" it's not its white!!!

What am I or we do when this happens?

Is the original trade in credit showing as $0 is normal? Is it only showing the value after they've recieve it? I don't wanna sent my phone in for a $0 trade.
