Just wondering how trade-ins work. Do we receive the new device then send in the old one and receive a credit?

Hi, yes, you are almost right, that's how the trade-in works.
As long as you send in your old devices. Then We will credit the purchase price for a new one.

Except that when I did it, it was instant credit dependent on the returned device condition. As long as they like what they get back, no credit issued to me. It was all adjusted when I did the trade in.

"no credit" means that you didn't get any money for your trade, or? 🤔

The value of the trade in was adjusted when i bought. I only git charged whatever minus trade in. Which works out great!
