I have been trying to order the new s22 ultra on line at Samsung.ca and what a nightmare....

When I opt the trade in option it takes you a window that asks you yo imput your ime # I have done this for 15 to 20 minutes says error!!! Once it found my phone and the the screen froze!!! I initiated a " live chat" which the wait time was 47 minutes now is over 1 hr!!!

Samsung launches a new phone spends god knows how much for the live presentation and promotion just to fall flat on the behind when it comes to trying to order, honestly this is so frustrating that it gives you " the why bother " attitude " 

Really Samsung get your act together

No its not or should I say from what I can see ... might be wrong have been before.

Update "live chat now 1 hr and 18 minutes"...... absolutely should be ashamed of the lack of support come launch day

I get that, but they have been doing this for years, so it's no surprise that there would be a large demand on line come launch day....

It's called " being prepared"

I think that I should have included [sarcasm] in my previous post.

There is no excuse for the "gong-show", that is Samsung's inability to deliver what they sell.

It's as if they are always "surprised", and didn't expect people to buy Samsung products.. I didn't even look to see if there's any promotional items.

Year after year, we all see the complaints & frustration from people who are trying to claim the promotional items.

I am not surprised in the least, even after repeated nagging about Samsung Canada's Notice, only showing the S21 series as being eligible for One UI V4.0, they still haven't bothered to fix a simple thing..

If Samsung didn't have a great product, one could only imagine how quickly they would be out of business..
