I just enabled on my device, so it'll take a bit of time to see what it says for my device. 

When did you install the app, and how long as it been running?

Is this the first time you've seen similar results?

I'd check to see if you have your Apps being Optimized, or checking which Apps should be "Sleeping", or "Deep Sleeping". 

Obviously that drain is excessive!

I've downloaded this app before, and had these same results I recently reinstalled the app again today and same results as before

Well these are the results since I just enabled the app, and my screen has been on continuously since I enabled it. 

It's not likely to be a very useful indication of my device's actual battery usage, since it's over a very short amount of time, and my screen has been on continuously.
