Likely One UI V7.0 will start for eligible devices, January 2025, not before.

Thought maybe a beta v would be released in advance of those dates

The last couple of years or so, Samsung has released Betas in the 7 countries which participate in the Betas around October... but this year, aside from Google itself delaying it's Android 15 update to it's own devices, it's also resulted in Samsung delaying it's One UI V7.0 Beta.
