Unable to tap on bus ride but working fine on MRT

Recently, I am unable to tap on buses using my watch5 n S23U. It is working fine on MRT and everywhere else. Any experience the same or have solution to this? Tried uninstall Samsung pay but still not working. Now, I board bus with my physical card on stand by 😔

Hi, yes I did when I uninstall Samsung Pay. Is working for MRT but not bus.

Hi, for both your S23 Ultra and Watch 5, right? Very strange that both also cannot work. Every single card or only 1 particular bus that has this issue?

Oh I see.. if u have another card set-up and the card is able to pay for both bus and MRT, then can safely confirm that is the initial card's issue. Probably in this case, u may need to contact ur debit/credit card provider and see if u can request for a new card. Looks like it's the issue with the card.

I have the same issue. Can tap in/out at MRT gantries but not on Buses.
