Hini na ata "caused by the user" problem ito since marami naman cases ng ganito sana mairecognize nyo na "UNIT/MODEL" problem po ito at di ung user napipilitan mag bayad ng replacement. May i suggest you do a survey about this sa lahat ng users nyo para magka idea po kayo at maka kiha ng baseline data.
Hindi naman kami ng usap na sabay namin hulugin,basain ang mga phones namin tapos "nagkataon" na pareho kami ng kinalabasan. Anu yan? Kulto?

19k screen replacement since di nako covered ng 1 year warranty (kakaexpire ko lng nung July) then with 30% discount on screen replacement if bibili ka ng worth 5k gadgets sa samsung.
according to mr technician and ms reception on duty aware daw si samsung na may ganitong problem pero fault ng user kasi nahulog or nabasa daw (may binabanggit siya na memo galing samsung)

Sorry po, o.a man pero dahil Samsung user na ako since Galaxy Star (my 1st touch screen phone in 2010) hanggang sa naging Note user nko up untill now.. dissappointing lang kasi ganyan nagiging treatment sa mga valued customers nyo.. (di lahat mayaman at kayang bumili agad ng replacement pero lahat gusto ang brand kasi sa flexibility ng personalization ng phone at ibang features narin) kung kailan kopa nakokompleto ung phone-watch-buds ecosystem saka pa nagka ganito.. 😮💨

been updating my s22u no issue,but common issue if unit was stored on a gym bag or femalea bag

Hello. Ask ko lang if covered pa ng warranty ang phone, free of charge ba lahat labor and lcd (screen) replacement? I have same issue now with my S22 ultra. Thank you. Hoping for a response!
