(update)samsung s21 Over heat issues

Hi ,

My over heat issues being 20 days. Yesterday visit service centre they only update my firmware not sure what ver or what thing actually fix,after i trying to restore the phone that get heat that normal but one more issue came out phone become lag , touch screen less responsive.fingerprint sensor fail need try few time.

Hope it solve the problems, if they slowing down the processor then it become throttling issue hahah.

Not sure is my problem or the phone. S21 is my 1st Samsung phone. Nv have any issue with other brand .

My Samsung only heats up when charging, but even then, not so much. When I'm using it, no issues at all.

Phone is S20+ 5G, Snapdragon chip.
Also, my first Samsung phone.

Snapdragon never overheats, where did u buy your snapdragon phone???🤔

my not 888, mine is 2100 , so might be different story . hahaha

Yeah. When I chose to purchase Samsung, it's because of the Snapdragon chip.

Exynos 2100 famous for heating, heats up to 68.3 celcius in games, 40 celcius idle
