Urge Samsung S23 Ultra Users to report Aduan for WiFi 6E / AX / 6ghz

Hello Samsung S23 Ultra Owners!

I think as frustrated as I am. We been waiting for Samsung to enable the WiFi 6e to us users since March 2023.

We been lied to about software update that hasn't been deliver since 9 months ago. 

This will continue as it is as Samsung Malaysia has been not very cooperative in this matter.

I suggest To report to KPDN to voice our complaints to pressure Samsung to do their job.

What pissed us consumers that

1. Samsung has this feature since s21 and yet do little about it

2. Chinese phones has this feature and software enable

3. iPhone 15 launch in 2023 was Apple phone first WiFi 6e has also enable it as well.

 Samsung 2 years of time to enable it but have not done it.

Ps Samsung Singapore has this enable for their users.

So tidak apa attitude only persist in Malaysia.

what a disappointment..
This is purely false advertising by claiming our phone support wifi 6E...

Actually none of the team is aware of wifi 6e. They keep contradict. So I suggest to file complaint to pressure Samsung
