Now it’s time for the Galaxy S21 series in the USA to enjoy better security thanks to a new firmware update.
Samsung is now rolling out the new firmware update with the May 2021 security patch in tow for the unlocked Galaxy S21 series in the USA (SM-G991U1, SM-G996U1, SM-G998U1). As expected, the latest security patch includes dozens of fixes for vulnerabilities found within Google’s Android OS and Samsung’s own proprietary software.
