USB power out not working

I am trying to get a small usb-c fan to work when connected to my Galaxy S20+ but it just won't work.

Tried the fan in other usb-c phones and it works perfectly fine, just nothing at all in my phone. 

Presumably there is a setting somewhere but I can't find one.
