It's a feature on Galaxy notes. And S Ultra is note rebranded

Can you use the S Pen from Note 9 for Fold 4

No, it cannot. Im also the Z Fold 4 User.
You can only use the S Pen Fold Edition and S Pen Pro with the Z Fold 4.
Additionally, the S Pen will only work on the inner display of the Z fold 4, the cover display does not support the S Pen.
