Many users are affected by this yet samsung is not taking the responsibility to replace for free. This has to be escalated to authority for help and everyone pls do not support samsung again until they take full responsibility to it.
There is one option you can consider but be sure ready to collect all evidence if you are 100% sure there was no wrongdoing on your part and that is to file a report to Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia under KPDN.
Why so struggling among yourself going thru all those complaints to samsung. For me only, just pay and repair.. because I don't want to go thru all leceh process and compaint and I need to use the phone, and dun like to wasting time. just rm687.60 LCD + battery replacement For s21+ which I just replaced and collect my phone last Sunday for s21+.
But if your frame also spoil then it cause expensive lah.. but I protect my frame nicely, so all still in very good condition, thus not required to replace.
And lastly, I'm sorry because not sure about note 20 ultra LCD price, but I guess it should be reasonable price and cheaper because already couple of years ago model
After already spending thousands for the phone samsung casually telling us to pay more money just after one year without even having a scratch one the phone. This is pathetic
