I have started getting vertical green lines on my Samsung S22+. I experienced the same issue on my S20 ultra earlier but I thought it was a one off and traded it in for another Samsung phone. Now the issue has happened on my s22 plus which is in top condition. But it's out of warranty and 2 years old.
contact Samsung support and service center and there is no acknowledgement that this is a Samsung issue. Just a single statement that please pay for getting screen replaced.
When Samsung worldwide has acknowledged that this issue affects thier phones why won't they offer a free replacement to affected customers.
This is a *** service and exprience.
I dont think I will ever go for another Samsung phone again. At.my next renewal cycle my business will go to someone else.
Recently for my wife we switched from Samsung to Apple. Seeing how bad the quality and service of Samsung phones now isnits not worth the buy it's expensive phones.

No response from Samsung customer service . I reached out via the feedback mechanism, and they gave me a typical response of coming down to service center and paying for the repairs. They are not escalating or providing optims for a free repair if it's a Samsung issue and not a customer induced issue like a physical damage. Although samsung is aware of the global issue that's been affecting its customers it's still dragging it's feet. It sure feels that this would be my last Samsung phone. Time to switch.

Just got a callback from customer service and they said sorry cannot help you. You need to pay or essentially such it up.
