Video editor: stabilization

Is there a way to stabilize my videos using the editor? Correct me if I'm wrong but I used to be able to do that before OneUI.

I don't ever remember it having post production video stabilization on either my S8+ or Note 9. Maybe on the S9's but not sure...quick fix is using the video stabilization in Google photos. Does a really good job too.
