I have mentioned to Samsung officials many times about the video recording problems, where the output shows corrupted look. It happens once in a while, but not all the time.
I don't know if they are still trying to fix it, or did they forgot.
The sample video is here - https://youtu.be/E2qXArch6kg

I am saving to sd card...the sd card is already high speed or class 10 too.
Should I try saving to local phone first? Then see if the problem persists? And which member has this problem too I want to see the post?

I switched to device storage and still has the issue. I also tried to test in safe mode and still have problems. I don't know is the phone busy thinking and have to wait 3 to 4 secs before to start recording?

Try reseting your device. If your phone is warranty than go see Samsung store first
