Hi, I'm experiencing Dry eyes and I've adjusted my screen settings for a dark background.

This isn't consistent to all apps unfortunately.

The native Sammy weather app is impossible to read details with a white font on a light background.

I can't find an option to acquire a black, or dark background?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know any of these would work for you, but here are 3 weather apps, which might be what you are looking for. 

NOTE: A Dark or Black Theme option is being used in each, if available. 

1. Weather Live

2. Accuweather 

3. Google Weather.
