I guess so it supports volte, to check your phone head to your seetings>connection>mobile network> then you must see VolteSIM1 and VolteSIM2 then you can enable it, depends in your location and carrier. if you're globe carrier and in NCR location for sure you'll have it.

volte support i guess 2019 device up to year to date depending on a class of samsung device, coz mine is a71 from A series a global version, i bought i here in phil and i have volte support.
