Hello everyone,

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S10+
Model number: SM-G975F/DS

I just want to update my S10+ to Android 11. My phone's stuck on One UI 2.5, and I am not receiving any updates. The last update I got was November 2020 patch update.

I saw on SamMobile.com that it is already on July 2021 patch update.

Hope someone would help me that would be very helpful.

Thank you!

I've seen from the picture you attached, your device is a carrier provided by SMART as it shown CSC code SMA, this has been frequent issue since the Android 11 has been released, same device and carrier, maybe you can contact direcly your carrier for proper assistance as your device looks outdated, or you can back read from community post how fellow members rectify of such concerns. Hope you find this helpful, Goodluck 😊

Try asking help from SMART, since carriers are the no.1 reason why updates gets delayed. For example, Samsung releases an update for your device on Janauary. If your phone is carrier-locked. It will be delayed since the update has to be checked by SMART then releases it to your device after checking it.
