Give it up Samsung Canada has no reason to be half a year behind it's neighboring countries for uodates it works on the s26 ultra it'll work on the s25 ultra yet we don't even get the option to enroll in beta. I'll deal with bugs to feel something new that's not a concern but locking a country like Canada out of updates to favour the US market is atrocious.

"Running through ten releases before finally launching your software seems excessive to me. I’m all in for polishing all rough edges before launch, but One UI 8.5 has been publicly out for weeks on the Galaxy S26 phones and it shouldn’t take months before extending it to older devices"

If we want the beta we should be allowed to try it. Why is Samsung limiting us? We're aware it's a beta, this is why we're seeking it out. It's only downside by restricting us from getting the updates. We're literally willing to accept the risk and test the release. It's annoying. Figure it out.

It's ridiculous lol. We're sitting on sidelines for 6 months while other countries enjoy the beta and we finally receive it for only a single model

When I had an iPhone sure the beta was locked to usa but I could still change my region and try it out I tried to the same on Samsung and discovered that not can I not do that even with a VPN my phone's hard coded a region lock for beta so they really don't want anything to do with Canada unless they feed them scraps
