Weather App Suggestion

I'm sure it's been posted. I've already mentioned it. So, i will continue to ask until i see a change.

Can you PLEASE change the weather app from changing colour when it is scrolled? Please?

Are you talking about Samsung's version of The Weather Channel?

If you are, it doesn't change colour for me. 

There's also much better weather apps than The Weather Channel. 

ie: 1Weather, Overdrop, Today Weather, Open Weather etc.
