What is this white bar on the top right of my screen?

I can't seem to get rid of this white bar, looks like an irregular scroll bar on the top right of my screen. My phone is an S21 FE. Would appreciate any tips to remove it. Much appreciated.

Does it appear on the home screen?

Yes it does, even when playing media / videos in full screen. Have tried restarting and updating, but it is still there

Try wipe cache partition.

Hi, I just tried wiping the cashe partition, updating, resetting settings and the bar is still here

Thanks for the reply, my edge panels are turned off in settings but the bar is still there
