If you're worried, use Snoopsnitch. It's an app that checks the actual security level of your device instead of the reported one.

Not so much worried but just wondering why it's stuck at Oct 2019, it's weird.

Yes exactly. Should be the same and it's not, that's why I'm confused because it's not changing, my security update recently got updated to May but not the Google Play system update
