Anyone facing same issue here? The second space of whatsapp cannot download the file from sender. What happened?

This problem not only in whatapp, it also happened in fb messenger dual account.
Can't download and sending file, media etc.

Top end phone with basic problem yet samsung take so long to work on it.

Not sure to laugh or to cry..
