One UI V5.0 (Android 13), depends on the Device. S22 Series probably Nov/Dec.

According to sammobile, the public release of one UI 5.0 for the s22 series could be scheduled for October 17 or 19, but it will take some time before its availability in Canada so I'll say it will be more around mid December for us

S20 is 100% capable of running Android 13. The Galaxy S20 was announced in Feb 2020, it's just over 2yrs old and will most likely get the update early 2023
