When we will get ui 5.0 updates in canada virgin carrier

lol, not at you, but this question has been asked countless times. 

a) Doesn't matter what Carrier you are with. All Carriers will get the update from Samsung's servers, not the Carriers. 

b) S22 series WAS TENTATIVELY scheduled to receive the One UI V5.0 Update on the 5th, but it has been delayed.

Maybe, MAYBE Tuesday, but none of the Carriers are showing any update for the coming week.

Because Samsung Canada support is about as useless as support goes. That's why. The official reason Canada doesn't have the option to Beta Test is because the support can't handle it.
