Where o where is my talk to text

Where did my talk to text go....my darn phone updated and now im lost where /how do I find or reprogram to get my favorite text feature back

As it was so handy w hands free

Go to Settings & Search for "Voice Typing" & Toggle it On.

Same issue. I've done all the things and the microphone option on the keyboard isn't even an option to add.

Google Assistant doesn't need a microphone on the keyboard.. Just "Hey Google, send a text to whomever" and compose the text with your voice.
