As a loyal Samsung user, I've noticed a concerning shift in your Android update rollout timeline. While manufacturers like Google Pixel, Oppo, Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo, and Honor have already pushed Android 15 to their end users, Samsung - which historically has been among the first to release major Android updates after Pixel - seems to be lagging behind schedule.

In previous years, Samsung had built a strong reputation for quick Android adoption and deployment, often leading the non-Pixel Android ecosystem in update speeds. This delay with Android 15 is unexpected and concerning for your user base who rely on timely security updates and new features.

Could you please provide:
1. A clear timeline for the Android 15 rollout
2. An explanation for the current delay
3. Your plan to ensure future updates maintain the faster schedule we've come to expect from Samsung

Your commitment to software support has been a key factor in many users choosing Samsung devices. We hope to see a return to the prompt update schedules that have distinguished Samsung in recent years.

relax, you aren't missing out by using Android 14, also One UI 7 is the only update samsung given late, One UI 1-6.1 they gave to us on time, so just let samsung cook something big on one ui 7 this time around

Respectfully, stop the cap. 😭

Android 15 brings some critical SECURITY updates, including a new system that locks down the device and passcode when a phone gets stolen ("Device Theft Protection"), more advanced malware protection, and a much better "second app" implementation than what we have with Knox.

one ui 7 is a major update so its ok to be implemented late. Also, there is not so much difference between Android 14 and 15.

Not all manufacturer are on android 15. infact some of them release security updates every quarter.

That's a poor excuse, though. Samsung had ALWAYS released a new Android version update on the same year it gets released on Google Pixel phones. Do not compare it to cheap China brands that release updates only quarterly, because we paying more than twice the price of those phones for even worse and slower software updates and support... 😭

its not a poor excuse to be honest. I can patiently wait for next major updates as long as the implementation will be smooth and has less bug. See with pixel and iphone, some users skip the first major upgrade and patiently wait for reviews.

Dont compare to china brands? the writer of this post compare samsung to china brands 😂

Seriously you people need to stop sucking Samsung's teats. You are no better then the iPhone lackies. Android 16 is already in beta and samsung still can't release 15. Nothing they release will be good enough to have this much of a delay.  Honestly if you people can't see that you deserve what Samsung has become,  a company that has proven time and time again that they do not care about their customers.
