So when pre sales where released I was so excited. I hadn't upgraded my phone since the Samsung 8. But I was ready. My Samsung 8 was on its last legs. I quickly ordered a s22 ultra 256gd graphite grey phone. That same day I received a confirmation that it was be an extra 4 to 6 weeks on delivery due to the color. My s8 wasn't going to last that long so I called customer support. They were happy to help change the color, but in doing so my order needed to be cancelled, and I was to use my remaining credit with paybright to order the color I wanted. 

Being worried about affording 2 loans I asked what would happen and was assured that by contacting paybright that the company would reach out to Samsung, Samsung would agree that the order was cancelled and boom problems solved.

I received conformation that my order was cancelled and so was the loan.

I received my s22 ultra 512 gb black phone really quickly.

On April 2nd I picked up 7 packages of which I believed were for my sons birthday brought them home and stored them in the closet and left to work out of town. I came home around may 16th to notice I was paying two loan payments to paybright. Seems someone decided to send my cancelled phone and I'm being forced ro pay for it. I keep getting promised that I will receive a return fedex label in 24 to 48 business hours yet to date nothing has been sent

I'd visit the Paybright office and confirm face to face a quick solution.
The telephone/text/email may be convenient but I've always preferred face to face when I can.

I dont think I am anywhere close to a paybright office but I will look into that just so dissatisfied with samsung, a company I have always been loyal to

Unfortunately, loyalty doesn't mean anything with all these big companies anymore.

No doubt, it's all about the money, I'm probably gonna have to issue a stop payment which realistically will wreck my credit that I have worked so hard to acquire, but maybe it will get some attention

This isn't worth wrecking your credit score. I would rather make an extra payment or two while getting this settled than getting my credit score affected.

I am thinking about lodging a complaint with the bbb, hopefully they will forward it to samsung to someone who actually cares

Well it took about a year but finally for the 5th cancelation, the loan has finally disappeared from my account
