Galaxy SHello Koyens,
Thanks for reaching out to us and with the rest of Samsung Members here, we care to help.
We understand your frustration, but don't worry, we can check and identify what's the reasons behind your Samsung Galaxy device network problem by ensuring the following.
1) Your device is up-to-date with the latest Software Updates through Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download, if available > Install > Follow On-Screen Notifications.
2) Check and call the Network Service Provider customer service about the status of signal in your coverage area. Frequency may differ in other areas.
3) Your SIM card is VoLTE supported.
4) Your SIM card is NOT properly inserted.
5) Try to use different/other Network SIM card in your device.
6) Restart your device, then Go to Settings>Connections>Mobile networks>Network operators to check the signal and other options.
7) If the problem persists, you may report the phone's error either on the below support channels link.
