I ordered my mother's phone a full 24 hours after mine the exact same thing and hers is shipped and nothing for me. This just keeps getting sadder.

Hi, we were expecting inventory to arrive in our Canadian warehouse. However due to overwhelming success of our new product launch, we have been impacted, therefore still waiting on many models to arrive. At this time, I wish I could give you a firm date, but unfortunately I do not have a confirmed timeframe for your order. But that's my point - SAMSUNG (not singling you out, don't worry) mismanaged this rollout - BIG TIME... 

I mean, from taking orders willy nilly without considering inventory, and then not tempering expectations at the beginning - SAMSUNG (willingly or incompetently) failed to make this rollout a success.

I mean, look at my post: New Update - Day 42 Latest update of Where in the World is my S22 Ultra (Still Not HERE), there's a litany of posts and people upset - if that does not show how bad this rollout, what kind of metric does SAMSUNG need?

Let's not forget the "horrible" customer service... no offense, but SAMSUNG has not only dropped the ball, SAMSUNG keeps pretending there's no problem.

And from CHMultimedia's post, this is obviously nothing new at SAMSUNG.

It is truly sad i have been following your post, but I was really hoping that someone could be some ind of explanation as to why the same product, to the same location, on the same card, shipped sooner than the one ordered first talk about stupid.
