Hello, I am here to inquire about my S23's screen. It has been three days since I noticed it (the yellow dot/spot) being visible on my screen. I have tried to get rid of it but apparently it is still there. How do I get rid of it? For reference, I have tried to get rid of it via wiping it off on-screen but to no avail. Thank you in advance for whoever finding this post and answering it.

It doesn't seem like dead pixels so I presume it's dirt or something similar. Hopefully it's just sticking onto your screen protector.

Hello! I confirmed it and it seems that the screen protector is the issue. I tried to see it through and it seems it decolorised itself and somehow turned to yellow-ish texture? But thank god it isn't the issue of the screen burning out or anything.

Hi @SyafiqT99,

Noticed that you're using the test settings, does it appear on all the different colour backgrounds (red/green/blue/black/white) or just selected colours?

Just like scinex mentioned, it could also be dirt/dust underneath the screen protector. Do check on this first, and if there is still issues you may head over to our service centre for advise and next steps.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for the response! It appears on blue background screen the most. I will check and further update on the issue later on!
