A51 boot looping

My wife's a51 is now a brick,I can't get it to boot up and remain stable.

I have tried to get into the boot menu, but that does not work. 

Does anyone have any ideas?

And the worst thing is that it is just out of warranty.

Hi Ian, 

If you haven't already, I would suggest a factory rest - if it still isn't working after this I recommend sending the device to our repair centre to be checked.

I wish I could get to the factory reset menu, it restarted and was constantly restarting, key are not responding
