Try to reset S Pen? Also, remove magnetic case if you are using one.

Any ideas on how too? Every method I find online seems to be for S Launcher and not One UI. It says go to settings and select reset S Pen but Im not seeing that option

Try Settings - Advanced features - S Pen - Air action - menu button (3 dots on top right corner) - Reset S Pen

BTW, you can test the pen by dialing *#0*# in phone call.
