Guys, yesterday I paired a new galaxy fit to my Samsung cellphone, it was working perfectly until I turned on sleep mode and this morning after turning it off, it didn't show any notifications, it didn't measuare heart rate nor sleep. Do you know a way to fix this? I already reset the watch, reinstall Samsung wearable and turned on every possibility in notifications panel. All the issues remain up until this moment.

Hello, maybe it happens to you because you are in Colombia and you are configuring it with adjustments from another region. Greetings.

¡Hi Naty!

It sounds like you've already tried several troubleshooting steps. Here are a few additional methods to fix the issue with your Galaxy Fit:

1. Check Permissions: Ensure that the Samsung Wearable app has all the necessary permissions on your phone. Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wearable > Permissions, and make sure permissions for sensors, notifications, and location are enabled.

2. Re-pair the Device: Unpair the Galaxy Fit from your phone and then pair it again. This can sometimes reset the connection and fix issues.
- Open the Samsung Wearable app.
- Select your Galaxy Fit.
- Tap on 'Unpair' or 'Disconnect'.
- Follow the instructions to pair the device again.

3. Update Firmware and Software: Ensure that both your Galaxy Fit and Samsung Wearable app are up to date.
- For the Galaxy Fit: Open the Samsung Wearable app, select your device, and check for any firmware updates.
- For the Samsung Wearable app: Check for updates on the Google Play Store or Galaxy Store.

4. Check Battery and Power Settings: Ensure that your Galaxy Fit has sufficient battery and that power-saving modes are not limiting its functions.
- Charge your Galaxy Fit fully.
- Check the power settings in the Samsung Wearable app to ensure no power-saving features are restricting notifications and sensor measurements.

5. Reset Bluetooth Connection: Sometimes, resetting the Bluetooth connection can help.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
- Restart your phone.
- Turn Bluetooth back on and reconnect your Galaxy Fit.

6. Factory Reset the Galaxy Fit: If nothing else works, a factory reset might resolve any persistent issues.
- Go to Settings on the Galaxy Fit.
- Navigate to 'General'.
- Select 'Reset' and confirm.

7. Contact Support: If the problem persists after trying these steps, it may be a hardware issue. Contact Samsung Support for further assistance

I come with an update, I tried everything you suggested but still didn't work, so I decided to clean de sensor which I then realized wasn't blinking green. After pressing and touching the watch, the sensor started blinking and everything worked for a moment but then stopped blinking again. In that sense, I guess the issue is with the sensor.
