Hi @AndiiW34 12L has started rolling out to the Fold3 about 2 days ago (Sth Korea and 1 or 2 European countries), but there was no specific time line announced for each region/country.
As for Android 13, they just released beta 2 about a week ago, so I wouldn't expect it until December/January.
Hi @AndiiW34, we don't have information on when software updates get released or what they entail as it can be dependent on service providers as well as the model of your device. But we do encourage to keep an eye out for notifications when they're available on your phone.
