I was experiencing difficult scanning QR code in past months. You may try standing further next time but not 100% fit the logo inside the square. 50-60% is sufficient.

Yeap, still hard to scan the qr code. I'm using flip3

Ohh..after update A12 my flip3 can scan the qr code but i need to scan with 0.3-0.5 meter from the qr code

When setting up mysj trace Bluetooth setting is stated as "OFF". Even clicking allow doesn't change it, although the physical Bluetooth tab is "ON". Help...
