Hello I've had my new flip 6 for about a month now, love the portability of this phone and I think it's great I've had a couple of little quirky issues though I haven't been able to have my phone vibrate when I've missed a call or there's someone sending me a text on pickup I have all the required vibrations on and actual option on and no matter what I just can't seem to get it to vibrate is this a software issue and maybe fixed in the next update and anybody else having this issue thank you Jim P.S my vibration works fine on calls or when I have the phone in my hand and someone sends me a text etc just not the option above doesn't seem to work any help will be appreciated
Do you mean the testing? Just open the Members App, then go to the Support tab. There's Phone Diagnostics there. It will either run the full test or you can select which you want to test.
Hello thanks everyone for the advice I've done a full diagnostic and everything is great through the testing my phone vibrates on calls and when a message comes through but unfortunately I still can't go to my phone when someone's tried to call me and there's a missed call or a missed message I haven't read yet as soon as I pick up the phone I'm sure that it should be vibrating like my old Samsung galaxy phones will do to let me know that there's a missed call or miss message this is still not happening but yeah everything seems to be working through full diagnostics and even when the phone is calling or someone messages me I feel like vibrate any help will be appreciate it I can't be the only one that has this issue smiling face
