I sent my Flip 4 to assurant it was received August 28th, expected assessment date was September 12...I still haven't heard anything, should I be worried?

Not sure. My estimated assessment date is Sept 21st, I will let you know if it goes past the date.

I Sent my Note Ultra 20 plus in They received it Aug 17 and did not assess till Sept 8th and then they adjusted the value too $100 dollars claimed it has screen or case damage the pictures they attached show no damage thst I can see

My assessment took 3 weeks....they couldn't turn on my phone that I sent in and did not give me any trade in credit.....not cool!!! When I asked for my phone back, they just ignored my request!!!
