my status is awaiting dispatch but I haven't received any official email from samsung or tracking number from the courier company either. can anyone help me what happened here?
How long does it take fron awaiting status to get my tracking number?
Hi @mimi03-03 from my own experience, Startrack usually sends a txt with a tracking number once they collect it, Samsung will often send an email around the same time or not long after.
I've also noted that if you have an Auspost account, you may see it show up there first, when Samsung prints out the shipping label.
