@Tad77 that's likely caused by Protect Battery being enabled.

Go to settings->Device Care and tap on battery, scroll down and tap on More battery settings then at the bottom you can disable the Protect Battery function.

Turn off Protect battery
Protect battery stops the phone from charging to 100% and limits it at 85% to save battery health

Goto Settings > Device Care > Battery > More Battery Settings, Then click the slider to disable the protect battery function, Hope this helped!
