I have the latest update on a z fold 5 with pixels bud 5 and bud pro 2 and I am having issues now with connection dropping in and out. This also is happening with WiFi. Is this common is there a patch?

There can be a variety of reasons for this including the latest update. Bit hard to go through them. Many suggestions in member posts. On main Community page top right, use the search option for useful posts.

Mmm that there maybe. But only since the last update. The wifi should not disconnect. Then have to restart the device.
That's not right.

If you use wireless internet then wi-fi depends on the apn too. Also wi-fi networks suffer from glitches too and one solution is to delete the wi-fi network and re-enter the settings. Also as an example a wi-fi connection relies on the wi-fi settings. 2.4 Ghz uses frequencies (around 12) within the 2.4 band. A router can be set to select a short range e.g frequencies 4-6 or to automatically choose the best frequencies at that point of time (which might depend on what close neighbours are doing). As I said, there are just so many possible causes although I suspect a Samsung bug.

Sure i understand that. However this is not just one wifi connection but several. Such as home and multiple work connections.
Just have to wait I guess

Which emphasises even more that the highest likelihood is your APN settings or bug

You could try a different company'sim, a 7 day costs around $7, even easier if you add an esim from another company
