broken screen protector on galaxy fold 4

I have been told that to replace the broken screen protector on the Galaxy fold 4 I have to send my phone in for SEVEN DAYS OR LONGER with no loaner phone available.  Is that true?  If so, I will NO LONGER purchase Samsung phones.

Based on what I read, u can ask for loaner phone. I need my phone to get repaired so Im going to ask also about this later on the support

I could be wrong, but it might be different depending on the Service Center. You can try the pick-up service if you're within Metro Manila.
