Why is your warranty so **bleep**. So my screen is cracked down the fold and because there's a lil scratch on the outside of phone my warranty is null and void. This is why Samsung will never beat apple. Garbage warranty.

I would have thought that purchasing the device would be sufficient, why purchase Care+, unless it is to extend the warranty?
If you happen to live in a province with strong consumer protection laws, ie: Québec, you may find that you can still get warranty coverage from the Manufacturer.
