Does anyone know what this arrow is?

The arrow on the right hand side. 

It pop up from nowhere. I could move it up and down but I don't think it have any functional ability... How should I remove it?

Click on it, and you should see 3 or more different images. See the dots on the screen. Essentially it's a "back button".

I tried 😂. It does nothing...the only action I could do about it is just hold and move it up and down.

Swipe Left. 

That's what the arrow is telling you.

Okay. I see what you mean now. i do have the gesture for left swipe to get back. Is it possible for me to romove this arrow? Thanks.

No you can't remove the arrow, but in some circumstances it will disappear after a few seconds.. that depends on the app / site.
